Loose Powder
NC Loose Powder is a micronised fine powder to complete perfectly even coverage. Use to set Liquid Foundation and create a natural–looking matte finish. Use over Basestick for a flawless eye shadow application. It is also ideal for oily skin to prevent shine and to hide imperfections.
Purpose:
To set your liquid foundation.
To produce a natural look.
To set basestick for eyeshadow application.
Application: Place a small amount onto the cap of the powder container. Gently press the end of the latex-free sponge onto the powder, dust off excess and apply evenly, using a press-roll-on technique, over entire face. Dust off excess powder with a powder brush, using downward strokes.
