It is always best to have your parcel delivered to an address where someone will be available receive it. A business address is good for this reason, but if you are having your  parcel sent to work, remember to include your company’s name (and the department or level where you work). We want to ensure your goodies arrive in your hands only!

Natural Compatibles takes your privacy very seriously and will not intentionally pass on your details to any third party under any circumstances.

Any information collected will be treated as confidential. It will only be used internally for the purposes of processing the customer's order and to strengthen and personalise the communication including by means of letters / e-mails providing information and for the purposes of the personalisation of the Website according to customers' recorded preferences.

RETURN POLICY

All products purchased are subjected to a strict 7 Day return Policy. Customers are expected to return products within 7 Days of receipt.

All products must be unopened and unused otherwise a refund will not be applicable. All products should be returned in the same condition as they were received. Refunds are at the discretion of Natural Compatibles on the state of the product upon receipt of return.

Natural Compatibles happily offers exchanges on products that have not been opened or used.

In order to be fully eligible for a refund or exchange as per the conditions set out above, the customer must return the product to Natural Compatibles:

  • Subject to having contacted Natural Compatibles (by phone or email) with the request and reason for the return. Please contact by email marketing@naturalcompatibles.com.au, phone 1800 636 077 or 03 9764 0966 (within Australia).
  • Properly protected, with its original packaging, in the condition delivered, unopened and unused together with any documentation and instructions.
  • Copy of the original invoice identifying the order placed inside the return parcel.

In the event of damaged products delivered to customers, they may return them to Natural Compatibles. Refunds are given at the discretion of Natural Compatibles. The customer may be eligible for:

  • Exchange for a product of equivalent quality and at an equivalent price, subject to availability.
  • Refund the price of the product ordered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

Natural Compatibles is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. All payments are made with a credit card. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable, Natural Compatibles may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.  All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable but do not include the delivery fee.

PURPOSE OF GOODS

Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

CONCLUSION OF TRANSACTION

The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handled over to the designated carrier.
