LIP PENCILS - DEFINER

Purpose:
• As we age our lip line begins to fade and our lips appear to become smaller.
• A lip pencil will:
• Define, bring forward and make a feature of your lips.
• Recreate a youthful feminine appearance by redrawing a fading or thinning lip line.
• Create a balanced lip shape ready for colouring in.
• Prevent your lipstick from feathering and bleeding.

Application:
• Lip pencil should be sharpened prior to use, this will help you to achieve a well balanced lip line.
• Lip pencil should always be a shade deeper than your lipstick colour.
• Begin by outlining the cupids bow using short feathery strokes, then apply to the centre of the bottom lip line.
• Extend lines on upper lip towards outer edges, the lower lip extend from the outer edge towards the centre of the lip. Check that each side of the lip has a balanced appearance.
